I remember as a kid my mom had what we called a hamburger maker.  She used it all the time.  So, I was pleased to get notification that I would be receiving this Yumms Burger Press to review.  This Burger press looks a little different than the old fashion kind we used but it works great.  All I had to do was take a clump of my ground meat that was mixed with my burger concoction and put it in the press.  I made sure I used the lifter to keep the burgers shape as if my hand would get on the perfect looking burger it might mess up the shape.  Take the top of the press and push down on the meat to make a perfect patty.  Then lift the burger up with the lifter and VIOLA! it is ready to cook.  I love my new burger press as it makes the perfect size patties and everyone gets the same size and there is no fussing amongst my kids of who got the bigger patty.  I would definitely recommend this product to anyone that make burgers!
